The Ministry of Agriculture and Sea announced this Monday the opening of the public tender for the design and construction of the Xévora Hydroagricultural Pumping Station. The planned investment is 4.5 million euros.
The project aims to reinforce the capacity of the existing irrigation system in the municipality of Campo Maior. This hydroagricultural infrastructure is fundamental to guarantee water supply to the agricultural lands of the region.
The public tender is open to companies interested in the design and construction of the pumping station. The Ministry of Agriculture and Sea is the body responsible for managing this investment in the hydroagricultural sector.
