On a Saturday morning, a blood donation action took place in Montargil, in the municipality of Ponte de Sor. The initiative was organized by the Association of Voluntary Blood Donors of Portalegre (ADBSP). The local health center was the chosen space to welcome the donors.
Nineteen donors attended, seven of whom were female. A team from the Functional Unit of Immunohemotherapy of ULSAALE also marked its presence at the location.
As indicated by the screening manual and for everyone's safety, the volunteers underwent health examinations before proceeding with the donation.
