The Beja Territorial Command of the GNR detained 13 people during the week of September 7 to 13. The detentions resulted from various operations carried out by the guard in this region of the Alentejo.
Among those detained, 7 people were arrested for driving without a legal license, representing the highest number of detentions for a specific crime. This situation indicates a significant prevalence of drivers circulating without the proper permit.
Of the 13 detentions, 4 were related to detention orders for domestic violence crimes against spouses or similar. These detentions arise within the context of a broader investigation into domestic violence cases in the Beja region.
The remaining detentions included 1 person under a European arrest warrant and 1 for driving under the influence of alcohol, completing the total of 13 detentions recorded by the GNR of Beja during the period under analysis.
