Alice, a health plan for companies, reached the milestone of 100 thousand members across the country in July 2026 and became the operator that grew the most in percentage terms among the major ones in São Paulo, according to data from the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Between January and May 2026, its base grew 19%, while the overall market grew only 1.4% in the same period, standing 12 percentage points ahead of the second place.
The company managed to accelerate its growth by reducing both cancellations and premium readjustments, demonstrating that it is possible to deliver more health without passing additional costs to customers. In the first half, there were 31 thousand net new members between January and June, representing a base 58% larger than a year earlier.
The growth was reflected in the financial results: Alice ended June with an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of R$ 1.1 billion. The operator reached this level with a premium readjustment of 11.20% in 2026, a value that was below the average increase practiced by the market
