IMOBMEET launches collection timeline for land development companies

oglobo15 September 2026 at 20:02

IMOBMEET, a CRM platform focused on construction companies, developers and land developers, launched a personalized collection timeline that allows scheduling automatic notifications via WhatsApp and email to buyers of lots and units in condominiums. The feature integrates the system's financial module, which combines portfolio and receivables management, bank integration and automatic reconciliation.

The target audience for the launch are companies that manage their own financing portfolios, a routine marked by long contracts and high volume of installments. The timeline addresses a structural characteristic of the sector, where these companies typically finance the buyer directly, without bank intermediation.

According to a survey by Aelo conducted with consulting firm Brain, 123.2 thousand lots were launched in the 12 months ended June 2025, a period in which sales totaled 151.4 thousand units. The entity estimates that 70% of land developments are aimed at the low-income public.

Why this matters

For land development companies and developers that manage their own financing portfolios, the tool offers collection automation, potentially reducing default rates and optimizing financial work. The launch addresses a structural characteristic of the land development sector, which directly finances the buyer without bank intermediation, and comes with data showing an expanding market with strong demand for lots, especially among low income.
