A dialogue found on the cell phone of banker Daniel Vorcaro, former controller of Banco Master, reveals alleged monthly payments of R$ 500 thousand to lawyer Kevin Marques, son of Supreme Federal Court (STF) minister Kássio Nunes Marques. The conversation was obtained by the Federal Police as part of investigations into the financial institution.
In the message, the former legal director of Banco Master, Luiz Rennó Netto, replies to a message from Vorcaro with Kevin Marques' data and mentions the amount of R$ 500 thousand per month. In a message from August 2025, Rennó states that a payment to the "consultant" is missing and refers to Kevin as the "only 'mine' that was missing."
Through his press office, Kevin Marques denied having received funds from the bank and stated that he provided legal services to a consulting firm mentioned in the conversation. The newspaper O Estado de S.Paulo previously published that Consult Inteligência Tributária, a consulting company, made payments related to the case.
The case directly involves minister Kássio Nunes Marques, of the STF, who is Kevin Marques' father. The Federal Police found the conversations on Vorcaro's cell phone during investigations into Banco Master, revealing an alleged payment scheme that is now the subject of an inquiry.
